tele-akademie of Furtwangen University was developing in cooperation the blended learning program “eLearning Development & Implementation”for experts in vocational training. Employees of chosen partner organisations of InWEnt from Asia and Africa are regularly trained for half a year online and face to face to become e-learning multiplier. How can an institution like the German Foundation for International Development stay in touch with their alumni to strenghten the longterm impact of the qualification? The tele-akademie was working on the solution to this question together with network on behalf of a department of the Foundation.
