Quality

The tele-akademie commits itself to the following quality standards:

• We do use proven and successful concepts of online learning;
• We allow a maximum flexibility for our participants in time and place with an individualised learning pace;
• Our tutors are experts for tutoring and content and guarantee high quality tutoring;
• We allow social learning in virtual teams and networks by the use of online media;
• Our application oriented content supports the transfer into practice;
• There is ongoing evaluation of our courses by scientific advisors;
• Our learning environment and software are easy to use.

Accreditation

Our courses are tested and accreditated by the National Central unit for Cistance Education Staatlichen Zentralstelle für Fernunterricht (ZFU) in Cologne.

 

Cachet

The national foundation for testing consumer goods „Stiftung Warentest“ published in November 2001 the test results for online courses. 14 training providers were tested and only three got the degree "GOOD", the tele-akademie being one of them with an altogether grade of 2,1 (from 1 “very good” to 5 “insufficient”).
